逆變器又稱電源調整器(qi),根據逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)在光(guang)伏發電系統(tong)中(zhong)的用(yong)途可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)獨(du)立型電源用(yong)和并網用(yong)二種(zhong)。根據波(bo)形調制方(fang)(fang)式又可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)方(fang)(fang)波(bo)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)、階(jie)梯波(bo)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)、正弦(xian)波(bo)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)和組合式三相(xiang)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)。對于(yu)用(yong)于(yu)并網系統(tong)的逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi),根據有無(wu)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)又可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)型逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)和無(wu)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)型逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)。

如上(shang)所述(shu),逆變器(qi)有多種(zhong)類型,因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)(zai)選擇機種(zhong)和容量(liang)(liang)時需(xu)特別注意。尤其在(zai)(zai)太(tai)陽(yang)能發電(dian)(dian)系統中(zhong),逆變器(qi)效率(lv)的高低是決定(ding)太(tai)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)池容量(liang)(liang)和蓄電(dian)(dian)池容量(liang)(liang)大(da)小的重要因(yin)素(su)。
逆變器是一種由半導體器件組成的電力調整裝置,主要用于把直流電力轉換成交流電力。一般由升壓回路和逆變橋式回路構成。升壓回路把太陽電池的直流電壓升壓到逆變器輸出控制所需的直流電壓;逆變橋式回路則把升壓后的直流電壓等價地轉換成常用頻率的交流電壓。逆變器主要由晶體管等開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)元(yuan)件(jian)構成,通(tong)過有(you)規則地讓(rang)(rang)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)元(yuan)件(jian)重復開(kai)(kai)-關(guan)(guan)(ON-OFF),使(shi)直流(liu)輸(shu)入變(bian)成交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)。當(dang)然,這(zhe)樣(yang)單純地由開(kai)(kai)和關(guan)(guan)回路(lu)產生的(de)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)波(bo)(bo)(bo)形并(bing)不實用(yong)。一般(ban)需要采用(yong)高頻脈寬調(diao)制(SPWM),使(shi)靠近(jin)正弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)兩端(duan)的(de)電(dian)壓寬度(du)變(bian)狹,正弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)中央的(de)電(dian)壓寬度(du)變(bian)寬,并(bing)在半周期(qi)內(nei)始(shi)終讓(rang)(rang)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)元(yuan)件(jian)按一定頻率朝(chao)一方向動作,這(zhe)樣(yang)形成一個(ge)脈沖波(bo)(bo)(bo)列(擬正弦波(bo)(bo)(bo))。然后讓(rang)(rang)脈沖波(bo)(bo)(bo)通(tong)過簡單的(de)濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)形成正弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)。
